2. Product Information
We try to keep product names, images, descriptions, prices, availability, and stock details accurate. Minor differences may occur due to screen settings, supplier updates, photography, packaging changes, or product batch variations.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may contact you to offer an alternative, partial fulfillment, refund, or cancellation.
3. Pricing and Orders
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without prior notice. The checkout price applies to your order, subject to stock availability and payment confirmation.
Placing an order does not always mean the order is finally accepted. Orders may be reviewed for stock, payment status, address accuracy, or suspected misuse. We may accept, reject, cancel, or modify an order when required.
4. Online Payments Through Razorpay
Online payments on this website are processed by Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. We do not directly collect, store, process, or handle sensitive payment details such as card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, net banking credentials, or wallet passwords.
When you choose online payment, you may be redirected to or shown Razorpay's secure payment interface. Your payment information is handled by Razorpay according to its own security standards, privacy policy, and terms of service.
An online order is treated as paid only after successful payment confirmation is received from Razorpay. If payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, contact us with the payment reference so we can verify and assist.
5. Cash / Pay Later Orders
If Cash, Pay Later, or unpaid order options are available, the amount must be paid as agreed with our team. We may refuse future orders or deliveries if previous unpaid amounts remain pending.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to stock availability, courier delays, address issues, public holidays, weather, or other factors outside our control. Customers must provide accurate name, phone number, and delivery address.
7. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds
Returns or replacements may be accepted only as per our return policy and product condition. Products should be unused, undamaged, and returned with original packaging where applicable.
Approved online payment refunds are normally processed back to the original payment method through Razorpay or the relevant payment channel. Refund timelines may depend on Razorpay, banks, UPI providers, or card issuers.
8. Cancellations
Customers may request cancellation before dispatch. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation may not always be possible. We may cancel an order due to stock unavailability, payment failure, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, delivery limitations, or operational reasons.
9. Coupons, Discounts, and Loyalty Points
Coupons, discounts, offers, and loyalty points may have minimum order value, expiry date, usage limits, and other conditions. We may modify, pause, or cancel offers at any time. Misuse may result in cancellation of discounts or orders.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for indirect losses, payment gateway downtime, banking delays, courier delays, device incompatibility due to incorrect customer selection, or issues caused by misuse of products. Our maximum liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for that specific order.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this website and will apply from the date of posting.
